The doctors at the hospital said everything was fine. The detective told them to just go home and wait for the villain to wake up. And honestly, Izuku wanted nothing more than to believe them. He just wanted to drink his tea, ignore the stupid, heavy aching in his chest from when Kacchan had tackled him out of harm's way, and try not to ruin the fragile friendship they've spent their second year rebuilding.
