A group of shadows stood out from the rest as they ran across the rooftops. In the lead was a lean, lanky figure wearing a dark red mask. Its color could be compared to that of wine, but the figure liked to think of it as a blood-red. It was the coloration of his suit, and his reputation, that gives him his name.
The Crimson Thief.
Out on another hunt, another heist. One that will end him if he is caught.
After all, nobody stole from the SBI and lived to tell the tale.
That was why he'd be the first.

Summary
Techno's eyes portrayed something strangely familiar.
He wasn’t looking at him in malice. He did not point at Tommy and laugh, unlike how some of the other hunters had. Barely able to contain their anticipation at the sight of the ticking clock and Tommy’s collection of wrong answers.
No, Techno’s eyes refused to leave his own. Ember red carving molded shapes of themselves into petrified blue, and Tommy could finally place where he’d seen that look before.
It hung off of every street kid in The Pit. Dripped from drugged faces in dingy alleyways at night. He’d seen that look on his very own face, in the harsher of winters or when the lottery grain inevitably ran dry.
Techno’s eyes read that of raw want.
And they were currently fixated on Tommy.
OR:
An altered AU of the hunger games, in which the all powerful Empire hosts the annual Hunt.
An event where teen nobles chase down the unfortunate participants to either claim or sadistically kill.
When Tommy volunteers in place of his best friend, he’s determined to not die off without a fight.
But what happens when his rebellious attitude accidentally catches the attention of a particularly powerful family.

He can feel discomfort flaring in his arms.
The pose he holds is becoming too difficult.
As he sits in a large crystal terrarium, open for all to see in the ballroom, Tommy wants nothing more than to just curl up and hide from the burning eyes of party goers.
But Tommy cannot do that. He cannot move, he cannot speak, he cannot do anything but hold his arms up and look pretty. The punishment would be far worse than this for doing so.
Bright blue hyacinths bloom from his arms and drape over his back and shoulders. Large bunches he grew earlier coat the mossy terrarium floor.
Dream wasn't very happy with the flower choice he grew, but he couldn't change it. Only able to scoff with the promise of a future punishment for after the party.

But Phil and Kristin were gone, visiting her parents in an emergency. Nothing too serious, just a routine surgery, and the two felt a visit would be appreciated. However, Techno, Wilbur, and Tommy couldn’t get away from filming. So, Phil and Kristin had gone, and the three had stayed.
And as soon as the parents had left, the arguing had started.
Tommy wasn’t sure what it was about, not really. He’d forgotten honestly how it had started. Wilbur had been agitated, throwing jabs in both the Techno and the youngest’s directions. Tommy tried to laugh it off.
He was able to.
Techno was not.
Or
Actor AU where Wilbur and Techno get into a fight when Phil and Kristen are out of town and pull Tommy into it. Tommy is convinced they are really pissed, but has to work with them on the pit scene the next day. Tommy gets a bloody nose.
