“Don’t make me hurt you.” Prowler rolls his shoulders, and his gauntlet hiss and clicks into place, purple lighting pooling through every crevice up his arm, and throughout the rest of his suit. He’s already walking towards Spider-Man—they’re both stubborn to a fault, neither of them are backing down, they both know this. “I’m gettin’ what’s mine.”
The stuffy air around them has converted into a crisp, tingling feeling that prickles at the base of Spider-Man’s spine and leaves at the tip of his ears. Flashes of blue static dance across his arms and his fists harden to stone, “And I’m going to stop you.”
Spider-Man and the Prowler are having a lover's quarrel. They settle it the only way they know how.
