Eventually around the year and a half mark of Hawks still not working, the commission found out about the baby. Hawks explained everything. He told Rumi a few months later. Hawks returned to work thanks to the commission finding babysitters for the kid when she was about 2.

This is a basketball AU. Izuku is quirkless, and never met All Might. Katsuki never bullied him, instead they stayed best friends, and are still friends. Izuku plays basketball at a program that UA has for talented basketball players, he's also in a support course, and Izuku even made Katsuki's gauntlets, and designed his hero costume. Izuku played basketball with his mom all through his childhood and beyond, so he was good, good enough to make UA's elite team, even though he was quirkless. Most of the team is from class 1-A's hero course, there are two people from 1-B on the team, and one other than Izuku from the support course. Katsuki never misses one of Deku's games. His entire squad is on the team, so they just assume he is there to watch them. Until one day all is revealed. (Katsuki still calls Izuku deku just like in cannon, but it doesn't mean useless, it means you can do it)
