Summary
Dazai Osamu, bastard son of a powerful lord, was supposed to live a quiet life hidden away in a small village, die and be forgotten. He certainly didn't expect to find himself on the way to the capital to marry and mate prime minister Nakahara's youngest son. The marriage his father managed to secure is nothing but a political scheme to gain more power of course. He never expected to get dragged into mess of court ploys by catching the Emperor's eye.
It was good, he supposed, that he was quite adept at trickery himself.

Summary
Dazai on the other hand is thinking hard about what he can do to keep Chuuya around so that Emiko can still have her mother. It’s seeing how Emiko seems so sweet and kind that makes him remember that she could be an omega. Not that it matters even if she is, but being safer than sorry about the heir being an alpha is something he would prefer. An omega heir is fine, but he fears for his daughter’s safety if she were to shoulder it alone.
“I have a proposal, Chuuya,” Dazai says, mind already racing to catch up with the details of the initial idea.
“Have another one of my heirs.”

Summary
After Hirotsu gives them their offerings, they exchange rings, and Dazai never, not once, breaks eye contact even as they're instructed to kiss. Chuuya expects a wet tongue in his mouth as some sort of demonstration of dominance, so he's surprised when Dazai's hand lifts to cover them both, and the only thing that's pressed to his lips — the corner of them, to be precise — is a dry, fleeting kiss.
And then it's done.
Chuuya is officially, irrevocably married to the one and only head of the mafia.
Or, an AU in which king of the sheep Chuuya has to marry port mafia boss Dazai to get one of his people out of jail.

Summary
This was far from the first time Dazai spent time in a mental institution. The inpatient facility was more like a second home at this point. He wasn't expecting anything different from usual when he was admitted yet again. But a short redhead with anger issues had the potential to save Dazai from this monotonous torture.
