That last fact is especially pertinent right now because one has broken into his house and passed out in his pantry. Under most circumstances, he would report it to the Center for Fae Affairs and have the intruder forcibly removed from his property, but a slip into the fae's mind has him rethinking if that would be a mistake. The fact that his unwanted houseguest is pretty has nothing to do with it. Nope. Absolutely nothing.

Summary
Ketterdam was known as the pleasure capitol of the world. It was the kind of place where you either had two houses or two jobs. Kaz Brekker and his friends belonged to the latter portion: the dregs of society. Hence the name for themselves.
After Kaz's brother goes missing, the Dregs are thrust into the hunt for a long-lost treasure. But they aren't the only ones looking for it. They'll need to rely on each other and a few unlikely allies to become rich beyond their wildest dreams. It's a summer they'll never forget.

Summary
I really enjoy imagining Pell and John as teenagers (when they were actually friends), and I decided to write some one-shots about them. Originally I planned on lacing in some of the rifts in their relationship later on, but decided against it. This fandom deserves nice happy things, dammit. Or well. It could be sad if you think about what happens to them too much.
