Summary
The heroes thought that there was no better story than being the saviors who relinquished Yokohama from the reign of terror and villains upon it.
The people of Yokohama are perfectly fine however.
And the port mafia doesn't take idiocy lightly. My take on Soukoku goes to UA. basically they're going to get back any data on Yokohama and put an end to the Heroes' plans. Summaries are not my strong suit, but obsessing over this concept is.

“Well…I guess we should start packing?” Chuuya remained very still for a moment, stunned at what had just gone down a few seconds ago. Dazai looked questionably up at him with his large puppy eye, successfully snapping the redhead out of his daze, and was then thrown ungraciously onto the floor.
“What the FUCK just happened.”
OR:
Chuuya and Dazai are sent on a mission to Musutafu to take down all the Pro Heroes. Akutagawa and Atushi, for reasons unknown, are tagging along. What the hell is going to become of this?

Summary
Chuuya and Dazai go to UA to spy on the heroes and make sure they’re as stupid as Yokohama is pretty sure they are. While Chuuya glares at everyone even looking at Dazai, Dazai has a really bad feeling that something horrible is going to happen.
Also they’re gay as a side note

Summary
Ever wondered what would happen if Dazai and Chuuya had a YouTube account specifically created to guilt-trip heroes into taking them to UA?
Well, I did.
After successfully destroying yet another organization, Dazai and Chuuya are given a rather... unusual mission by Mori: create a YouTube account, gain a following, and slowly convince the heroes that they’re just two traumatized civilians trying to escape the chaos of Yokohama.
The plan is simple. Get the heroes’ attention. Make them pity them. Let them think they’ve uncovered something horrible about life in Yokohama.
And most importantly, make them want to save them.
What could possibly go wrong?
With a little lying, manipulation, carefully chosen half-truths, and two criminal prodigies pretending they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, Dazai and Chuuya might just manage to pull it off.
But getting into UA is only the beginning.
Because once the heroes start looking closer, they might discover that there’s a lot more to these two than their carefully constructed online personas.

Summary
The semi-sentient god that posesses Chuuya is one that Dazai's family has worshipped for centuries. Take the Mafia's most powerful duo and throw them into an undercover mission disguised as traumatized teenagers at U.A. High for aspiring heroes.
(OR: Dazai worships Arahabaki. Chuuya carries Arahabaki. "What do you mean we need to infiltrate the heroes?")
"And this pure, brutal love, like everything holy, burns the eyes of Humans who observe it, that's why they'll never see the terrible beauty of it all."
