“There’s only one bed,” Matt says, frowning. “Why would we want to live somewhere with one bed if we aren’t actually together?”
There’s a small crowd gathered around him in the middle of this party that he went to without Foggy despite his best instincts. It took people about a beer and a half before they decided to try to get him to admit that he’s part of a wacky sitcom plot to get better housing.
“There’s nothing wrong with two heterosexual men cuddling,” Diane says. “Don’t be homophobic.”
“I’m not. . .I’m literally married to a man,” Matt says, laughing. “Who I sleep in the same bed with. Because we’re married.”

I just wanted to know a little more.” He says it fiercely, strongly, right into Matt’s ear like that’ll get it through to him any easier. “It’s not like I’m any good at it,” he adds, which is probably a mistake.

So, here she was, 26, immortal and climbing in the window so she didn’t wake up the rest of the family. Christ, she’s having flashbacks.
She pushes the window open, pulls herself up so she’s sitting on the ledge, swivels around, drops the heels she’d been carrying onto the floor with a thunk.And then the bedside light clicks on.
Nile sneaks out (is it sneaking out, no-one's been all that clear on that point - anyway) to blow off some steam, but when it comes to sneaking back in, she picks the wrong window.
