Summary

Then, as was heralded by the event before their wedding, they realize Naraku isn't gone. Now they have to fight his evil in a whole different way by doing so according to the modern world.

An infection-addled Severus survives the Shrieking Shack and seeks assistance from a Disappearance-Keeper to escape the country. The only affordable option he has is to join some unknown woman who has an extra Swedish citizenship prepared - by marrying her. Of course he ends up married to one of his most insufferable and obnoxious former students. As it happens, what he needs is actually quite compatible with what Luna Lovegood also needs - companionship, kindness, understanding, and (figuratively and literally) nourishment. As time slowly progresses, layers of grief peel off until finally their connection becomes one essentially defined by joy.
A story I intended to have ready for Snapecase but didn't successfully, since I got lost in the meadows of imagination.
