How did it come to this? Honestly.
Wasn't everything just fine yesterday? It was, wasn't it? It seems like a lifetime ago that he was preparing for a nice, relaxing night in. Now, he's in some ratty, gutter part of the pentagram, stalking some crazy psycho, with the deranged smiley freak he might've, a different lifetime ago, called a friend. Of course, that past was long since dead. In fact, if it wasn't for the crazy psycho they were trying to grab, they'd be at each other's throats...and they'll probably go right back to it after they're finished.
Seriously, how the fuck did this happen? He could blame Val. It was easier to blame Val, but to be honest...he might only have himself to blame.

Summary
Basically the eruption of mount Vesuvius as told by CLC but different people survive. Normally Caecilius est in horto, but this time Grumio est in horto. Cerberus finds true love and there’s a werewolf why not and the volcano erupts. Some of them survive, some of them don’t. Also nobody likes Grumio sorry. All characters are taken from the Cambridge Latin Course textbooks I own nothing. Most of the events in the story are based on stories from clc, with some direct reference to events in clc. I may have got some details wrong/changed them on purpose sorry in advance. Written in English with a few random Latin words for fun.
