she’s close enough for mafuyu to see the cat tufts atop the tips of her ears. to see the buckle of the collar wrapped around her throat, glinting in the light from her desktop monitors. and to see the flush of color across kanade’s cheeks, and how it deepens as mafuyu’s gaze trails down toward her splayed thighs, where there’s a noticeably wet patch stained across the front of her shorts.
kanade squirms again, embarrassed. she closes her thighs, but that seems to only remind her of the wetness between them. she shivers, legs falling open in defeat.
“you’re in heat, kanade,” mafuyu says.
kanade blinks, then nods, looking resigned to no longer hide the fact—not that she had been making any effort to do so in the first place.
or: mafuyu helps kanade through another one of her heats.

Summary
Mafuyu is finally relearning her emotions and rediscovering her desire to become a nurse, with her dad and mom supporting her in their own ways.

Mizuki is finally free of worry, as they are now able to say their secret with the rest of Niigo and their other friend, staying true to themselves.
