Summary
After her fight with Jax, Pomni begins to see him in a different light: not entirely good, not entirely bad. Complicated. Despite his insistence that they aren’t friends, Pomni can’t ignore the bond they’ve built, however fragile or lopsided it might seem. She cares for him more deeply than she admits, perhaps even more than she realizes herself. And because of that, she refuses to let him slip into abstraction, no matter how much he pushes her away.
In a world where nothing feels real, Pomni is determined to remind Jax… and maybe herself... that their emotions are.

Summary
Christine has always followed the traditional path in life, went to school, graduated with her bachelor's in accounting, and went to work at Fresh Mart as an accountant for three years. Nothing about her life can be described as extraordinary. Except for one thing, her secret love for exploring strange places- abandoned buildings, suspected haunted houses, and cemeteries, all of which she frequently explored to have a taste of excitement in her otherwise dull life. Based on Lumineary's animatics and The Greatest Showman, this story follows Pomni, aka "Christine," discovering a strange circus that includes all the main TADC cast members!

“I'm worried… about Jax..” Pomni wrung her hands, pinching the ends of her gloves.
“Jax? Did he..? Did he threaten you?” Ragatha felt her heart drop, despite her talk with kinger she still couldn't help but blame herself for leaving Pomni with Jax, her hand wrapped the wooden arm of her rocking chair.
“What.? No! No no.. I'm worried for him, I mean..” she shuffled on ragatha's bed, “ I've never met someone before they abstracted but…” she could only make herself make eye contact for a second at a time before looking back at her hands, or the bed or anything else.

Summary
Jax is definitely not beating himself up after his argument with Pomni. Why would he, when he's already told her and himself he doesn't care about anyone in the circus? He's determined to keep his actual feelings about the circus members behind the door of his bedroom, all contained to a singular corkboard on his wall.
Pomni is determined to continue being friends with Jax, even after their spat, because she knows he was lying his way through it. She's respecting his space as best as she can, until him ignoring her makes her break entirely. Can she find a way to make them be friends again, and find a way past the walls he's built up around himself?
