Summary
Link pulled the relic from the sea and onto land, careful to not be too rough with it. Looking at it closer, he noticed that it didn't look like a true mirror; instead, it was just a shiny black that barely reflected his face. "Maybe it's just dirty," he muttered. He pulled his sleeve over his hand and attempted to wipe it off.
But instead, his hand just went through the glass.
Link knew this was dumb. The majority of the things he did were. But it wasn't every day you stumble across some kind of mirror portal, so how could you possibly just ignore it and go on about your day?
---
Old Hyrule may be underwater, but that doesn’t mean that relics from the kingdom of the past can’t be dug up. Link, a young man that works with the Old Hyrule Expedition Group and attempts to retrieve lost artifacts from the seas around New Hyrule, unearths a mysterious mirror and unknowingly unlocks the path between two worlds. Now that New Hyrule is being threatened by an inhabitant of the Shadow World that is out for vengeance, Link has to accept his role as a hero and fix the mistake that he accidentally caused. At least he picks up a few allies along the way.

Summary
The princess sighed, hands on her hips as she observed the plain stone of the palace. “You could have at least brought me to a nicer place. But I suppose a giant monster like you has no need for fancy upholstered furniture.”
She was certainly bold for someone who was just kidnapped.
---
Vaati kidnaps a princess to make her his bride. Turns out she's more peculiar than he expected, and he is, unfortunately, very into that.
Can be read as a standalone.

Summary
Ever since Altaira was a young girl, she was plagued with visions of the Light World. None of these visions were bad; in fact, they were quite the opposite. She saw the lush green fields, the sparkling water of the lakes, the intricate and ornate Hyrule Castle. It was truly beautiful.
Yet it was unattainable.
---
The royal mage of the Shadow World lays the groundwork for her eventual conquest of Hyrule. Unfortunately, this comes at the expense of her two apprentices.

Summary
Impa knew. She could read between the lines. Aldric’s distance from Zofia, Goji's guilty reactions, and the fact that Zofia had been too sick to spend any alone time with her husband in years…
It was obvious he wasn't visiting a place full of women just for trading.
---
The Queen of Hyrule, Zofia, does not have much time left to live. Despite this, her husband keeps sneaking off to the Gerudo Mesa, for reasons that are obvious to Zofia's closest confidant, Impa. The Sheikah then has to try and pick up the pieces of a broken relationship, but sometimes the truth does more harm than good.

Summary
Worten sat his cup down, prepared to go check on the hero. But just as he was about to turn away to get off of the balcony, he saw…wait, is that Link sticking halfway out of the ground?!
Worten squinted, blinked, did everything he could to try and fix his clearly horrible vision. But no, apparently he could see fine. Apparently this really was happening.
---
Just because Link defeated Calamity Ganon and saved Hyrule doesn't mean that he's become any less strange. In fact, he may be even stranger now, considering he can swim through the ground and glue rockets to boulders. At least he's entertaining for the people of Hyrule to watch.

The shopkeeper never did understand exactly how they always had whatever the hero needed, right when she graced their shop with her radiance. Never, until the hero decided she needed them, as well.
