Summary
Yang couldn’t remember the attack, not really. Just flashes of red; a cruel smirk, bloodied fangs, a woman screaming... she was pretty sure it had been Blake.
The nice doctors gave her a pamphlet about vampirism, showed her how to drink from a blood bag, gave her a nice little wrist monitor to measure when her blood levels were getting low, and warned her to stay out of direct sunlight.
Then they gave Dad a stake.

Summary
Yang wasn't sure she could handle this. She didn't mind the beatings from Hazel. Her body was used to taking a beating. She was still able to keep her composure, keep her teasing grin. But when Emerald woke up, that's when Yang's torture truly started.
