Summary

And promptly summons Jeon Jungkook, an ancient and powerful vampire, lost to history due to his imprisonment well over a century ago.

“I have room,” Jungkook says, and it comes out so quietly, he doesn’t think anyone heard him.
“Kookie,” Namjoon breathes. “It’s nice of you, but you don’t even know Tae.”
“No, but I know you,” he says as he sits up a little straighter. “And you’re important to me —all of you —and he’s important to you, so,” he swallows. “I want to help.”
His hyungs look around at each other as a blush blooms on his cheeks.

Jungkook had only heard of Kim Taehyung in the stories his hyungs told about him. With a kidnapping scheme coming together over boxes of takeout, Jungkook offers up the not-quite-spare room in his apartment as a temporary housing solution until his hyungs can figure out a more permanent one. Summary
For hundreds of years, Jungkook has made it so his weaknesses could not be touched, could not be used against him. Hundreds of years, a small dent in his eternal life, and its snapped and tugged away from him in one night.

Taehyung (at age 8) makes the mistake of getting Jungkook’s ring back. Jungkook kills his whole family and spares Taehyung to return the favor.
Years pass, and they meet again when Taehyung grows up. Jungkook had already forgotten about the incident but Taehyung had not.]
