What the fuck. Izuku sits up. He feels the sharp pebbles digging into his palms. He looks up. There’s smoke in the sky. He sees his bright red shoes on a rooftop. He looks down at his socks. All Might’s smile on his socks makes him want to throw up. He hates them. He’s ripping them off and turning to throw them away when he sees a corpse. His corpse.
It’s lying next to him, eyes and mouth open, blood splattered where it’s head meets the concrete. Izuku throws up on the chest of his dead body.
