“Yes?” Childe pressed his lips into a thin line. “When- uh, you and Zhongli got together I sort of panicked? Cause, like, I really like Zhongli-”
“You like Zhongli…” Childe hadn’t noticed but there was a hint of disappointment in Diluc’s tone. Though, he kept speaking over Diluc before he lost all the nerve to just open up to him instead of clamming up nervously.
“-and I don’t want him to turn into some sort of blood packet for you to feed on but I’ve also started really liking you and I don’t want to kill you even if it’s to protect Zhongli so I planned to meet up with you today to try and find a workaround or maybe like offer myself to you-”
(Or, Childe absolutely misunderstood the relationship between Zhongli and Diluc and got roped into something he might just enjoy more than he realized)
(Or, or— Vampire Diluc, Vampire Hunter Childe and Incubus Zhongli in this wild modern-monster AU and it’s really just ZhongChiLuc despite it being ZhongLuc and Chiluc at first)
