Summary
What would have happened if Chise was sold off somewhere a little later in life? Not too far off. Just enough that someone different was there that day at the auction. Someone with their own agenda, and Chise just happens to be the kind of being that is perfect for the eventual job. These are a series of stories revolving around what would have happened if Lizbeth Sergeant found the rare sleigh beggy instead of the Elias Ainsworth we know and love, and what happens when two girls in their own depths of misery encounter each other under a different circumstance.

A bonus attachment to my now completed fanfiction, "The Florist & The Flower," this is a valentine's day chapter where Himeko decides to buy her own flowers for Howan, with a very deliberate meaning and intention.

Summary
Sumire Yoshizawa asks to borrow Leblanc's kitchen to make a nice meal to welcome Futaba back to Tokyo after Futaba's summer road trip and Sumire's summer gymnastics events -- and to build back her own cooking stills, still kind of a jumble after everything that happened last school year.
This may or may not be both:
A) a plan to get Futaba to eat healthier without needing to lean on Sojiro for curry all the time, and
B) buildup to asking her out for a date.
Sojiro observes.(The first chapter contains no Futaba but rest assured we'll get there.)
