Saps could feel the other's embarrassment radiating through him. He was warm, and although he couldn't see the blush that had crept it's way onto Flux's face, he knew it was there. Gently, he pushed his hands to his sides and picked him up in a fast, swift motion. "You don't have to be ashamed, my dearest. You're doing so good. Nothing to be embarrassed about." Saps said, placing quick kisses on Flux's face — on his cheeks, the corners of his mouth, his nose, eyes — everywhere.

"Do not misunderstand," he warned. "This changes nothing between us."
V1 tilted its head again. Gabriel’s throat tightened.
The machine lifted one arm slowly, giving them every opportunity to stop it. Gabriel did not move. Metal fingers brushed against the side of his neck, not grabbing. It was testing to see what Gabriel’s reaction would be. He inhaled sharply through his teeth.
"Go on," he muttered, unable to believe the words as he spoke them. "Feed."
