Summary
The Lost Light Wildlife and Rehabilitation Center was a one of the four facilities “refurbished and saved” by the newly renamed Cybertron Company. It was the only one that did not allow any outside guests at all, as it housed “dangerous, violent, and lost cause” mers.
It also houses human criminals, as part of a prison rehabilitation program.
Whirl is one such criminal, and Rung is one, badly damaged mer. After a massive cock-up, both are now firmly attached to each other. They just don't know if they'll be allowed to stay that way.
