The stranger regarded him in curious silence.
“Lloyd. Lloyd Garmadon.” He finally answered.
“Well Lloyd,” Tommy stood up, taking a half used iron pick out of his inventory and brandishing it, “Welcome to the Dream SMP. I hope you’re prepared to die.”

wilbur is newly revived and with it comes the horrors and full realization of of what he’s done to everyone he’s left behind. but most of all, his concern is focused on tommy. his little brother, the child he’s raised who used to treat him as if he was the boy’s biological father. he’s determined to try and make up for his past mistakes. it’s good though, because it seems like tommy’s found himself a good support system of people who care about him. now wilbur only hopes that tommy will allow him a chance to join in and help protect tommy from the world too.

following the aftermath of l’manberg’s final death, tommy is overcome with feelings that overwhelm him. deciding that he’s had had enough of being a liability and dream’s puppet, he resolves to end his story himself. it was time for the broken bird to fly again. tw: suicide, angst, hurt with no comfort. just in case you didn’t read the tags. proceed with caution if you can’t vibe with those things. enjoy.

He pets Kaigaku's head with a gentleness that didn't suit his size. Kaigaku found himself unable to move, a blush rising to his cheeks. Himejima's hand were warm. They felt protective in a way that made Kaigaku's stomach flip. “Perhaps I’m different from others but that doesn’t mean I can’t live my own life or find serenity in others. Taking care of all of you brings me joy.”
Those words echoed in his ears over and over. The gratitude he felt for someone weaker than him. How his face, his heart burnt bright, so bright at those specific words. The smile, the great fortune he’d held onto.
Or Kaigaku runs into Himejima instead of Zenitsu.

One day, Mitsuri comes home with pink and green hair dye. Kaigaku pretends to hate it. He can't say no to her, though, and suffers through it for her benefit, as she enthusiastically declares: "Now you’re officially part of team love pillar!"
He does it grudgingly, but when he’s in bed that night, he fingers it, a little pleased. It’s obviously visible now that he’s hers. That he belongs to her family. It makes him feel warm inside. For the first time in forever, Kaigaku belongs.
