Summary
Now what's about to happen to Steve is going to sound like a joke. Some overthought excuse to get someone out of work for a day. Something that sounds like it’s too ridiculous to be fake. It’ll sound like something that came out of that dumb movie that came out a few years ago that Steve secretly got nightmares of, Final Destination. It’s a situation that would only happen in cartoons, but this day keeps getting worse and worse, so it’s not really all that surprising.
______Steve Harrington accidentally gets hurt and needs a paramedic to save him, good thing the paramedic happens to be the guy he hooked up with last night. Too bad Steve can't remember his name.

Eddie hums in question and turns his head towards Steve.

“I don’t know man-” Steve goes quiet again, the gears working overtime, “Like I mean a general demonstration.”

Summary
“Jesus Christ Steve, Aubrey? I thought that you were going out with Janet or whatever her name is,” Carol scoffs, cutting off Steve’s story of his weekend that he was in the middle of telling Tommy about.
He cuts her a smirk before leaning in, “Can’t a guy have two dates in a weekend?”
Tommy laughs as Carol shoves him away. Steve leans back to watch as Tommy wraps his arm around Carol and lifts her up from behind, cackling as he spins her in a circle.
“If I wasn’t tied down I’d be going on three dates in a weekend. Harrignton’s lucky I’m not out there, would be too much competition,” He lets go of Carol and slaps Steve’s chest, grinning up at him.

After practice one day Steve and Tommy catch Eddie Munson kissing another boy in the locker room. This creates a whole mess in Steve and Tommy's friendship that Steve didn't even know could happen.

“What was that?” Steve narrows his eyes.
“What was what?” Eddie sits at the other end of the couch.
“You just huffed at me,”
“Well you always lay across the whole couch,” Eddie moves Steve’s legs so they go over top of his lap.
“You’ve never complained,” Steve starts to pull his legs off of Eddie.
It’s how they usually sit, but Steve didn’t know that it made Eddie uncomfortable.
“I’m not complaining,” Eddie pulls Steve’s legs so that they are back on top of his.

To help keep the nightmares away, Steve and Eddie regularly have movie nights.
What would happen if Steve suddenly realizes that he has feelings for the other man? What would happen when a poorly thought out plan goes wrong?
Steve doesn't want to lose one of his closest friends, but can he live with himself if he never tells Eddie?

“Why’re you here?” slurs out of Steve.
“Robin called, freaked out, said you weren’t answering. Begged me to check in on you.”
Steve hums a little confused.
“She said that if there was something bad that you wouldn’t want Nancy to see, so she asked me. Maybe not ideal but I’m here.”
Munson wipes at Steve’s face, and he’s too tired to feel embarrassed at the realization that he’s cleaning up any leftover vomit. His hand is cleaned last, with Munson fishing out a first aid kit and properly cleaning and wrapping the long slice down the middle of his palm.
Steve wishes that there wasn’t this tension between them right now. Wishes that for a few moments they could just be not awful or awkward with each other.

Steve is sick and Robin's out of town. So she calls Eddie to take care of Steve, not knowing that Steve hasn't talked to Eddie since Eddie woke up in the hospital.
