When David Hamilton offers her a leadership role on the Parkinson’s project in Minnesota, she doesn’t say yes right away. Not because she’s unsure but because she’s in love. And leaving means taking her children and Addison with her.

The main reason for her visit was to try and fix their marriage but Meredith just might put a wrench in her plans. Derek pines for her and she strikes up a friendship with her that's slowly turning into something more?
