Clint Barton first met Phil Coulson minutes after he'd literally fallen through a warehouse roof in Estonia and really, that set the tone for their whole relationship; a relationship that over the years would grow to include friendship, respect, smartass comments, a redheaded assassin, slightly terrifying conversations with Nick Fury and a whole lot of pining.
Falling in love really isn't easy for SHIELD agents.
