Luke Skywalker flips, arcs through the air and lands catfooted behind him; he's back to back against him, the tense points of his shoulders tucked against Din's backplate.
"You any good with that?" Luke says, and Din can hear the smile in his voice. Din has never been the best Mandalorian, but there's absolutely nothing more Mandalorian than falling in love in the middle of a firefight.
Or, Din Djarin stages a rescue, makes a dad catch, falls abruptly in love and is awake for too damn long, all in the same day.
