the new avengers are...struggling to garner the support of the people, for lack of a better word. turns out saving the city from an endless nightmare of back-to-back shame rooms doesn't mean much to people nowadays (who would've thought?). asking captain america to vouch for them is... out of the question, to say the least.

it's valentina's idea, really - an idea that bucky has vehemently tried to shut down. you're just a kid - one he swore to his pal that he'd look after, keep out of trouble. and this has trouble written all over it.

Now that Khonshu is no longer a problem, Marc has effectively given Steven most control over the body. Which is probably a good thing, considering Steven finds himself fancying the cute school teacher that frequents the museum with some of the students.
