Summary
Stanley had a good life
Sure, his family wasn’t the richest, he didn’t have the best education, and he was lucky if his dad spoke to him once a day, but he was happy.
In the morning, his mother would get him and Ford up, make them a delicious breakfast, and kiss their foreheads before sending them to school. School was a drag, but hanging out with his twin was always fun. After school, (as long as they didn’t get detention), they would work on the Stan’ O’ War or roam the boardwalk. Then back home to watch some TV and have supper, then bed.
A simple schedule, but comfortable and predictable.
Everything changed when his ma died on his and Ford’s 8th birthday.

“You… know?” Jaskier rasped, his heart sinking as Vesemir nodded.
“The evidence of their torture was written in your skin, and I could smell them on you. I know what they did to you.”
He could have wept, though with fear or relief he wasn’t sure.
Vesemir didn’t know about the mountain. Good.Or: After the mountain, Jaskier got abducted by a group of people wanting to get to Geralt.

Summary
“You’re hurt,” she whispered. “I’m sorry, I don’t have anything for healing with me… I thought I could portal us back to the keep but I guess I messed it up.”
“Who-“ Edmund swallowed, trying again. “Who are you?”
“I’m C-“ the girl stopped, frowning. “…Call me Fiona,” she settled on, and Edmund nodded. “What about you?”
“Edmund,” he offered. “I- you killed Ginarrbrik,”Or:
Ciri’s powers act up again, portalling her into the camp of the White Witch, where she meets a boy she decides she has to save.
Edmund just watched a girl randomly appear in front of him, kill the dwarf that had been torturing him, and then portal them both somewhere else he doesn’t recognize. He’s quite sure this is the most miserable he’s ever been in his life. And who exactly is this ‘White Wolf’ he’s hearing about?Series

“It’s over. He can’t hurt you anymore. Be free,” Eskel instructed, and the young man nodded seriously, turning and running off.
Good. He’d go off on his own, find a life for himself outside of… oh fuck.
The man had run ten paces, stood, and run back.
“...be more free than that,” Eskel found himself begging.Aka: Eskel rescues a young man from a mage, only the man doesn’t seem to understand that he’s free.

Who'll save you when you fall? by Rose (RoS13), TheCrownprincessBride

Summary
This is a series that deals with the question "What if Jaskier was a djinn?" - or half-djinn in this case. Geralt saves his life and now Jaskier owes the Witcher 3 wishes. Too bad that Geralt doesn't want anything from life.
And yes, I need three parts to get through all of it. The mountain alone... oh boy.
If you're looking for angst, lots of hurt and lots of comfort, then this is the right story for you!

Summary
Jaskier wasn't exactly sure what he had expected Kaer Morhen to be like but the keep was everything and nothing like it. The place was a dichotomy. Magnificent and sad in equal measures in its derelict state. Silent but full of noise. Cold yet filled with warmth.
But most importantly, it was Geralt's home. Seeing him so relaxed, the sharpest edges rounded down with the knowledge of being safe and surrounded by his family was a beautiful sight to behold.
Jaskier wished he too would relearn what safety felt like.
