Connor looked at him with his eyes a bit lit up, in that way where Hudson knew meant he thought he had a good bit to do. But this was different, it wasn't a bit so much as… well. Flirting.
"Be a brat and find out."
Hudson stared at him for a few moments, trying to decide what to do with that information.
"I don't know if you could handle me being a brat, Con. You're too sweet," Hudson decided, crossing his arms over his chest. Maybe a bit of a challenge, maybe not. Hudson loved nothing if not poking bears to see what happened.
Connors eyes flicked back and forth before they melted into something more serene. Confident… maybe even cocky.
"Yeah, alright," Connor shrugged, like he was dismissing the thought but for Hudson's sake. "Like you wouldn't fold the minute I actually start telling you what to do."
