   Summary

CJ was not expecting his partner to call him in the middle of a stream.

“Heyheyhey!” he answered. “What up flyfisher?”

The other line was silent aside from a small sniffle.

Instantly he reached to mute his mic, rolling away from his desk and dropping the persona. “Hey, hey, what’s wrong, angelfish?”

(Or: in which CJ is a simp.)

   Summary

   Humans are an endangered species.

For centuries, humans have lived alongside the animals, using their lack of natural abilities to develop the greatest inventions the world has ever seen. But as humans slowly began disappearing, the Phoenix Program was created to ensure their survival.

   The solution?

   Conservation just normal happy conservation
