Summary
Phainon can't stop thinking about that dream.
After Mydei leaves with the kid, he has no choice but to shower before heading to work. A peek in the mirror takes enough to regret the moment he said goodbye to Mydei at the front door, looking deplorable like a wet dog in the streets.
Not even soaking his head in cold water manages to clear his mind properly, so this time he even makes himself extra coffee, knowing he will need all the energy to face the day he has ahead. It's been so long since he dreamed. He's never been someone with vivid dreams—or at least if he had, he doesn't remember them.
Now the first thing he does in months is dream about the kid they've fostered, accusing him of killing someone, of all the possibilities.
Or, the story where Phainon and Mydei live as roommates, but they barely exchange words. At least until they find themselves taking care of a kid together, and memories of a distant life mix with the present, presenting in the form of dreams.

Summary
"I mean it. I would even kiss this wall if it reached you."
Once again, silence answered first. Still, Phainon was getting used to those pauses, to hear only their breaths in tune. It allowed him to close his eyes and wonder what expression Mydei might be wearing. Even though he knew his mind would never recreate his beauty.
Then, Mydei's voice echoed, a soft murmur. "Try it."
Even with their families' disapproval of their affection, Phainon and Mydei secretly find their way to each other.

Summary
"What is your favorite flower?" Phainon suddenly asked.
Mydei diverted his attention from the leaves moving above him, turning his head to rest his cheek on the fresh grass. "I don't have one."
"Really?" Phainon moved to his side, his body facing him.
"You sound disappointed."
"I am. You are boring."
Mydei knew he didn't mean it.
"Pick one for me," he said.
Or, prince Mydei learns to be selfish after he meets the gardener that works behind the window of his chambers.

Summary
It's immature. It's satisfying.
When Phainon kicks him in the stomach to knock him back, he returns the favor. As the other man’s feet readjust to the floor, he spins his sword and hits squarely towards his face with the hilt. The prince's groan is music to his ears. Phainon watches as Mydeimos touches his nose, his hand staining crimson.
Yet, his eyes gradually widen when, instead of cursing, a grin spreads across Mydeimos’ face. Phainon follows those bloody fingers reaching to tempting lips, showing a tongue that tastes them until they are clean.
Fuck. If that’s not the most erotic thing Phainon has witnessed.
“Not bad…” Mydeimos mutters, “... Deliverer.”
In which Phainon sails to confront the captain of The Ruler, Mydeimos the undying, to find out about Nikador's treasure whereabouts. What he gains from their encounters ends up being better than any penny.

Summary
“I’m not here to talk, dragon. I’m here to kill you.”
The dragon’s breath quivered as he exhaled, his face downcast. “There’s no time for this. If you don’t leave, death will be upon you.”
“Silence! I've had enough of your hollow words!” Mydeimos shouted, the force of his grip almost cracking the wood of the spear shaft, “A Kremnoan never retreats. Face your destiny, and die in my hands.”
Amid the tension, a gentle breeze appeared. It caressed their skins, rustling the branches around in a sough melody.
The bells of a wedding twisted into a funeral.
To cease the endless conflict between dragons and humans, Castrum Kremnos offers his prince as a bride for the last dragon. Mydeimos, blessed by strife’s gift, climbs a mountain as a wife to return as a widow.
