Summary
When his arms slide over Jeongguk’s shoulders, dropping a kiss safely on his temple, away from the gore, Jeongguk doesn’t even flinch. He giggles, head rolling backwards, and coos, “Hey, hyung.”
Namjoon kisses him sweetly, ignoring the damp fingers that curl in his hair. “How’d you know it was me?”
“Haven’t you noticed yet?” Jeongguk turns to look at him, haunting under the pale moon, something straight out of the horror movies and novels that he reads; Namjoon marvels at him for too long and feels as if he’s been seduced, sentenced himself to death at the hands of a beautiful monster.
He’s not surprised at how little it bothers him.
“Noticed what?” Namjoon asks, thumbing blood away from his eyes and mouth, wary of injuring him. Jeongguk grabs his wrist, fingers stained and pruned like roses, and Namjoon loses himself in the shape of them.
“The birds don’t sing when you’re around, Hyung.”
ie. Namjoon needs bodies. Jeongguk needs him.

Summary
Yoongi curls his hands into fists and pretends he doesn’t hear the tremor in Seokjin’s casual tone. “Maybe we should just break it off. We’re keeping everyone waiting.”
On the inevitable. For the expected end, for them to have run their course. For their forever to draw to a close. Yoongi’s voice comes out thick. “What happened to us?”
Seokjin strums absently, picking at his strings, hollowed out. “We got old.”

Summary
"Hello." He stretches a hand out to Namjoon, fingers long beneath dark gloves, remarkably well-preserved. "I'm Seokjin Kim."
"Kim Seokjin." Namjoon tells him, taking his hand and swallowing hard when his heart tries to escape through his throat. "I'm also, uh.. I can speak Korean. It's okay."
"Good to know." Seokjin's expression is deceptively open, fingers slipping free of Namjoon's. He takes a step closer, until his prettily polished shoes are toe-to-toe with Namjoon's ratty old loafers. Something heady clings to his clothes and there's a fine layer of powder brushed across his eyelids, and he runs his tongue across his teeth, thoughtful; hooks a hand around Namjoon's tie, and knocks their foreheads together, free hand taking residence on his hip. "You know there'd be a dozen guns on you right now if I screamed BKB, right?"
