Once he took a sip, he sighed, a wave of nostalgia washing over him. It still tasted like how he always remembered in his childhood. Sweet, but not too bitter either. He leaned against the window sill, tilting his head to the side, admiring the view down below.

The general rule of international flights is that one should arrive at the airport at least three hours before the scheduled departure. As long as they follow this rule, they won't miss their flight.

Caught off-guard, Kai only said, “Huh?”
Damon turned to face Kai squarely. “What I’m saying is that you’re not going to die.”
“Uhm,” Kai said nervously. “You can’t know that for sure in a pla—”
“No,” he insisted. “Listen, I know you’re not going to die here. You’ve already made it here, you just—you just can’t let yourself think like that.”
Kai stared at Damon. He let the influencer stare at him, he didn’t know what else to say. He realized that he just said something without proof but he truly didn’t know how he could back up his point this time. All he knew was that something within him urged him to grip the other man by the shoulders and to repeatedly beg him to not give up. Please don’t die, don’t give up hope.
As the killing game progresses, Damon begins to learn more about Kai everyday and finds himself surprisingly closer to him than before.
