    The Blacks want to marry off their youngest child. He begs Sirius for help and tells him a secret: He is a man and would rather die than be forced to be anyone's wife.
    Panicked, Sirius arranges a marriage between his brother and his friend James Potter, knowing that Regulus can be the man he is in the English countryside on James' estate.

    James wants to ensure Regulus' happiness, even at the expense of putting his life on hold for a while.
    Regulus wants to ensure James doesn't fall into societal ruin because of him.
    Sirius wants to be loved.
    Barty must decide whether he wants to keep causing destruction or choose redemption.
    And Remus is just a very tired butler who watches James and Regulus dance around their actual feelings (literally).

    (Trans Reggie; set in the Victorian Age, 1890s. No horrible homophobia or transphobia depicted. Dysphoria is thematised.)

    “I never wanted to create a monster!” James yelled, scratchy and hoarse, wide-eyes focused on the pale man in front of him. His hands were shaking as he reeled over the grave mistake he’d made.

    “Monster is a relative term, Dr. Potter. To a canary, a cat is a monster. We're just used to being the cat.” A wry smile crept onto his face, “That is the reality you have created.”

    “You didn’t ask for reality, Tom.” He swallowed harshly as he closed his eyes, “You asked for more teeth.”

     

    In which Regulus and Sirius Black take a trip to visit their parents’ new investment: Jurassic World. It’s supposed to be a weekend of business, pleasure, and research, but their vacation takes a deadly turn when the most viscous and intelligently engineered dinosaur on the island breaks out. Now, it's up to a raptor trainer, a scientist, a tour guide, and the pair of brothers to save themselves and the others from an all-out, prehistoric assault; along with the other sinister secrets the owner of the park is hiding.

    A soft tapping caught Remus’s attention. He glanced up, a smile lighting his lips at the sight of bright green eyes on a curly haired toddler. Harry was three...and a half, if he was asked. He and his father were regulars on Wednesdays, traipsing into the library for the Children’s Story Time every week, without fail. Immediately, Remus was charmed by the pair.

    “Hello, Harry,” Remus greeted him, reaching for the stickers on the desk. He rifled through the stack for one with a train. Harry liked those best. Finding one, he offered it to the tot. “Are you and your Da-“

    “Paddy!” Harry exclaimed, patting the leather jacket on the man holding him.

    Suddenly, Remus spotted the rings on the hand wrapped around Harry’s middle. After that mental cartwheel, Remus’s gaze took a long, leisurely journey up the man’s body. Ffyc.
