Jumin knows it’s not just about her distorted body image, though when she’s in this state of mind, her lack of self esteem is overwhelming. There aren’t many words he can use to bring her out of this kind of madness. She won’t allow him to touch her either, because she says it only makes her feel guilty for acting the way she does. Jumin doesn’t understand why she calls it acting– clearly, she’s in distress, and to him it doesn’t matter if she brought it upon herself or not. Sad is sad, angry is angry. Though there is certainly always a reason for the way she feels, he cannot imagine that she would purposely work herself into hysterics for attention.
