Eivor hesitated once they were standing before the closed door, but Randvi walked right for it, opening it and slipping inside. Eivor followed her, drawn like a moth to flame.
Inside, the chamber was dimly lit, glowing warmly in the light of a fireplace and several scattered candles. Soma was sprawled in a chair by the fire, reading a letter in one hand. She’d already shed her armor, now dressed only in a pair of dark linen pants and a blue shirt cuffed to the elbows.
She looked up when they came in. “So both of you have come? I had hoped for as much. One of you would have sated my appetite, but I’d much prefer the pair of you.”

A re-imagining from the Pilot:
Clarke Griffin is rudely taken from her cell in the middle of the night only to be forced into a room with the man she hates the most - the man who floated her father - Thelonius Jaha.
He then informs her that she will be sent to Earth almost immediately to determine whether or not the ground is survivable again in the hopes of saving their people from certain doom.
