    She was nodding before he had even finished.
    "Yes," she said finally as tears trickled down her flushed cheeks. "I thought you would never ask."
    "And I'd always hoped that one day," he responded, smiling, "I would."

     

    In a world where Satine never dies, she finds herself married to the man of her dreams, raising the son of her husband's fallen brother. Obi-Wan continues to wrestle with his actions on Mustafar, finding it hard to open up to anyone, even his wife. As they navigate the galaxy together, old friends and foes appear along the way, forcing them to battle their own inner demons. Major AU!
