    Izuku Midoriya has always been a romantic. He believes in fate, love at first sight, and finding The One. His friends, however, believe he's doomed—because his “totally not unrealistic” standard has one very specific name: Katsuki Bakugou.

    Too bad Katsuki’s never even looked at him that way. Or… has he?

    On his birthday, Izuku jokes (okay, maybe half-cries) in front of a weird quirked fountain, "I just wish Kacchan liked me back."

    The next morning, Future Katsuki Bakugou crashes into the dorms like a meteor—older, taller, married to Izuku, and way too comfortable with PDA.

    Now 18-year-old Katsuki is spiraling, Izuku is dying of secondhand embarrassment (and desire), and the rest of Class 3-A has pulled out the popcorn.

    Be careful what you wish for. Especially if your wish involves your emotionally repressed childhood rival from the future calling you “sweetheart” in front of your classmates.

    Until he opens Midoriya's door and comes face-to-face with Denki Kaminari. Who is obviously frozen in place, and whose mind has obviously gone to the gutter.

    It’s one thing for Midoriya to call Bakugou, Kacchan. It's another thing entirely for Denki to call Bakugou, Kacchan. And what shocked him the most was that he got away with it. He expected to die on the spot. He expected to explode. And then everyone else started calling him Kacchan too, and nothing comes of it. So they keep doing it, and something unexpected happens. They realize it’s not Bakugou they should’ve been afraid of. Not by a long shot.

     

    Or the 5 times that Class 3-A got away with calling him Kacchan, and the one time they didn’t.
