Summary
A collection of loosely-connected Shirefordshire stories set in a modern AU. Based off my TikTok series The Laundress of Shirefordshire. (Is it still fanfiction if I made the fiction?)

Summary
They sound like the beginning of a bad joke: two Vulcans, a human, and a half-Bajoran walk into a bar. Though their backgrounds are extraordinary (and filled with enough emotional baggage to write a Klingon opera), in the end, they're still your typical college students. Between coffee at Kobayashi Mar-Brew, late night study sessions, running the student radio station, curling, volleyball, and trying to keep shenanigans to a minimum, there's enough to keep them busy freshman year.
Or, after the end of the Dominion War, four college freshmen attend the Universities of Western New York, a series of vignettes set around 2378.

Summary
An excerpt from the book Freedom of the Press: The Chronicles of War Correspondents During the Dominion War by Dr. Jeminary LeBlanc-Ch’tovan published 2383
In the year 2374, Betazed was sieged in an unprecedented attack by the Dominion. Betazed fell in under ten hours due to an outdated planetary defense system and the displacement of the Tenth Fleet, assigned to protect the planet, due to a training exercise. Left trapped on the planet was a Vulcan, Federation News Service (FNS) Junior Correspondent Lhai, who was assigned to Betazed to follow University of Betazed scientist Dr. Suramax and his team for a half year study on the structure of a species of extremophilic microorganism native to the remote Loneel Valley. This collection is meant to serve as an account of Correspondent Lhai’s time on Betazed beginning with her assignment in Loneel Valley to her time both behind rebellion lines and in Dominion custody. -
