The boy laid on his stomach, his lower half covered by the water, where he thought he’d seen something shimmering.
Intrigued, Kou leaned up on his arms. The boy blinked, tilting his head in confusion. “What..? Oh, I know! You’ve probably never been up close with anyone this cute before, have you! Are you not gonna thank me for saving your life?”
