    Shoto adopted a cat and named him ‘Haru.’ Dabi didn’t get a say to it. ‘Fine,’ was what he said. Couple of months later, Dabi thinks he just saw a De javu. “This is Yuki,” Shoto says rubbing the white cat’s tummy “Haru needs a friend.”

    He taught Yuuji to keep a sachet of dry rice to throw over his shoulder, and sprigs of rosemary to throw into open graves.

    However, he also taught Yuuji how to roll cigarettes, steal bottles of gin, how to cheat at cards and how to tell if the white flour he was buying was more plaster than wheat.

    Some of these skills were more applicable and sensible than others.
