Summary
When a coalition of evil, old and new, decide they want the Winter Soldier, want to once more wield him as a weapon, they know the first thing they need to do is get rid of Steve Rogers: Steve, who found Bucky inside the Winter Soldier, who'd do anything to keep him safe.
Over and over again, they fail, until, finally, they're driven to desperate measures. But when those desperate measures backfire spectacularly Steve will find himself face to face with the man he used to be.
