Rin didn’t know what to focus on: the familiar jersey, the unexpected intimacy of seeing it on her, or the fact she was actually standing there before his eyes. It all made his heart stutter.
Rin fully expected to come home to an empty house after the NEL matches. It would be a quiet evening, and there would be a note and a bowl of ochazuke waiting for him in the kitchen. He’d planned to unwind, get comfortable, and spend the day catching up on horror movies. Maybe even enjoy the ochazuke later. But to his surprise, it doesn't really happen like that, and he’s not complaining.
