Prompt: Sarah always used to tell Nick that new year's resolutions were magical and to use them only for things he really really cares about. At the start of the year, Nick made a New Year's Resolution to tell his best friend Charlie that he's in love with him but has kept chickening out. Now, it's Dec 31st and he's desperately trying to tell him before midnight because he's convinced if he doesn't then it's bad luck. It's a NYE party, and they keep getting interrupted by friends etc.
