    Yuuji is a famous Twitch streamer who does streams from his college dorm. Among his fanbase, his huge crush on a random book reviewer on youtube has become a running joke. The fanbase decides to make it their mission to discover who Yuuji's mystery crush is.

    Megumi has a very small book reviewing channel on Youtube he started in high school. He doesn't even know what Twitch is, but Nobara keeps insisting he needs to help her find this random Twitch Streamer's secret crush. Her reasoning: the secret crush does youtube and reviews books.

The deliberate clink of books and pens echoes in the stillness, a subtle reminder of the distance he’s putting between them. His gaze flickers toward Satoru. "And get off my desk."

    Satoru’s lips curl into a smug smile as he rolls his tongue over the lollipop hanging lazily from his mouth. Unbothered, his eyes sparkle with mischief. "Or what, Professor?"

    As if just thinking his name is enough to summon him, Megumi saunters into the kitchen, empty tea mug in hand. He makes his way towards the kettle, wordlessly pressing a kiss into Yuuji’s forehead on his way there. The gesture is inherently comforting. He didn’t realize how much he missed it until he’d gone almost a full day without Megumi kissing him.

    But, wait. That’s what this has become, but that’s not how this started.

    “Oh, I’m not sick anymore Fushiguro,” Yuuji assures, “I don’t have a fever.”

    Megumi doesn’t even look at him. Just continues refilling the kettle before offering a casual, “I know,” over his shoulder.

    Yuuji’s face reddens instantly at his bluntness.

    What could that mean?

     

    OR what started as megumi kissing yuuji's forehead to check his fever while sick turns into a thing they just sort of do all the time now. yuuji is determined to get to the bottom of it.

Grief is love persevering, but ItaFushi has always been about grief and love conjoined in real time. There will be tears.
