Great balance of romance and plot. Wonderful Galadriel POV. Really fun Sauron with a great backstory. A creative, exciting adventure that’s so well-plotted it gagged me several times. Romantic slow burn. One of my very favorite Halaldriel fics on the tag!

Featuring a debatably redeemable Sauron trying to clean up his messes, a Galadriel who likes him more than she should, and a few members of the Fellowship of the Ring scratching their head over this new puzzle.

Masterful blending of the new RoP canon with the LotR canon (and a bit of Silm) to create an alternative fellowship that includes a repentant Sauron. Light humor, a bit of romance, lots of action — this is a wonderful gen fic that is moving and fun. An ambitious plot that completely sticks the landing.
