The music school AU no-one knew they needed till now!
Éowyn Earl is the star horn player in her year, simultaneously wrestling with the demons of her past, struggling with her current crush on violinist Aragorn Walker, and wondering what to do about the hideous professor Wykeham King who is making everyone’s lives miserable. Meanwhile, in the background, gradually coming into focus, is a very talented pianist, one Faramir Hurin.
A journey through healing, redemption, friendship - and a bit of revenge. Plus a very slow burn relationship. And a love-letter to my favourite orchestral instrument.
Inspired by ElrondScribe's brilliant Silmarillion music school AU.
No resemblance to any actual musicians intended, considerable liberties with my representation of the RNCM. Indeterminate time-frame: a bit like the Manchester of my teens (and its often unfortunate social attitudes); in other respects more up-to-date. The Mancunian rain is entirely accurate, however, and I make no apology for that.

Summary
Celine is wandering, not a thing she typically does, she is trying to find peace and purpose, again.
She had no simple life, all she wanted was a simple and even shallow life. At least for a time.
But she finds herself in another place and time.This story is told from different characters' points of view, there are different narrators who tell it according to their own understanding of the events, it starts almost a year before the first season of the Rings of Power series.

Elrond, Disa and Durin wish to get married, the date has already been chosen, but now they’re running into a problem: the final Dwarven rite to finalize their bond requires for each of them to have a family member present during the ceremony to join them in their blessing for an enriching marriage. Elrond wishes to have a particular cousin there, but can he find said cousin in time for the wedding to happen?
(An au in which Erestor is a son of Caranthir, making him a cousin of Elrond. Also I am ignoring lore surrounding the founding of a certain city – I do not care that it was only found in the TA, my fic, my party!)

On a random morning, Theo goes outside and finds a half-dead elf on the doorstep of Pelargir. Taking him in, thereby defying Kemen and his Númenorean principles, proves to be the best decision he could’ve made.
He’s not entirely sure if he committed a war crime when he cut the elf’s hair for practical purposes, though.

“It can’t go on like this.” He said, his expression dark. “You’re not just sick, Elrond. You’re fading. Mordor is killing you.”
Elrond managed to smile weakly. It was something he’d suspected, but hearing it from Adar confirmed his theory. “I’m sorry.”
Adar looked at him as if he’d lost his mind. “Why are you apologizing? I insisted that you should accompany us here.”
“It’s not your fault either.” He argued softly. “And I wanted to come with you.” It was the truth, he realized that now.
“You will leave tomorrow.” Adar’s words were simple and cold. However, Elrond knew him well enough by now to know that the coldness was a mask. A way to hide his true emotions. “Return to Lindon and take as much time as you need. Get well again. In the meantime, I will make some arrangements so that you will be able to stay here without facing this again.”
Elrond hesitated. “Adar…”
The uruk grabbed his hands. “I need you to heal, Elrond.”After Sauron is defeated, Adar proposes an alliance between elves and uruks. He marries Elrond and they go to Mordor. Only that elves can't last long in the poisoned land. So Adar sends him away, only for Elrond to run into trouble with the dwarves. ELROND x ADAR

Summary
Adar has declared himself King of Mordor. And a King is always in need of a herald. Unfortunately, he has his eyes set on one herald in particular. There is nothing that would make Gil-Galad part with his herald, except that Adar has promised to recall his children to Mordor and trouble the peoples of Middle-Earth no longer. He will also lend his army in the fight against Sauron.
And though Elrond feels that he would sooner die, it is painfully clear what the lesser of the two evils are, and the whole of Middle-Earth is at stake. Besides, they only need a few months in order to defeat Sauron, once they have done that then he will be able to return to Lindon for good. This is just a temporary sacrifice. And his dear friend and brother Prince Durin will not be far away.
AU that takes place just after Season 2 Episode 1, when Elrond is working at the boathouse, but just before Galadriel goes to talk to him about joining the mission to Eregion.
