Summary
Nimloth retired early to her chamber as she did most nights, and like most nights she stayed awake late. When the quiet room lit by warm yellow candlelight became unbearable, she stepped onto the balcony and breathed the sea air in deep until her lungs burned. Sometimes the water roared so loud her thoughts were drowned, but tonight it had no such mercy. The gulls cried, and on the shore, a woman sang.
Lúthien, Nimloth thought, and then, Elwing.

Summary
Hemlock Potter, reborn as Himiel, navigates her new life in the realm of Arvernien alongside her brothers, Elrond and Elros. Following their mother Elwing's transformation into a bird and flight with the Silmaril, the siblings are captured by the Sons of Fëanor, Maedhros and Maglor, who decide to foster them instead of abandoning them. As they grow, Himiel trains in combat and music, honing her skills and forging a bond with Maedhros, who gradually softens his stern demeanour towards her.

Summary
I made a project out of this year’s Silmsmutweek, to accompany the line of the Peredhel through the Ages.
1) Spring; prompts: ritual sex, bathing and washing. Melian and Elu beget their daughter.
2) Summer; prompts: sport and competition. Finally allowed to live their love makes Arwen and Aragorn light-headed with bliss. That, and a little too much wine for the newly crowned King of Gondor. (Not explicit)
3) Autumn; prompts: canon ships, blanket; my first drabble. On a chill afternoon in autumn, Celebrían finds her husband dozing, and finds that something has to be done about it (Not explicit)
4)Fading; prompts: water sports. Elwing can’t have what she wants, and Eärendil has to suffer for it. (He loves every moment of it, though)
5) Winter; prompts: throne sex. Dior has doubts whether he will ever see himself as the King of Doriath. Nimloth finds that it is time for him to truly claim the throne.
6) Stirring; prompts: erotic dance and acrobatics. Ficlet. Beren watches Lúthien dance, and feels life stir in him again. And other things.
7) Dark; prompts borrowed from another day: rare-pair. This one is weird. No more needs to be said

Summary
It made Elwing feel powerful, she thought as she watched Maglor trapped between them and writhing in pleasure, to have one of her childhood monsters at her mercy and that of her husband. However, she had to admit that Maglor had long ceased to be a monster in her eyes, and the superiority of overpowering the son of Fëanor was not born of conquering her fears, but one of fondness at seeing him willingly submit to her touch.
---------Of how Elwing took Maglor into her service and grew to be fond of him instead of hating him, of allowing the burgeoning romance between her husband and the kidnapper of her sons to be realised, and when given the opportunity, of completing a pattern of her family and giving Elrond the little sister he deserves.

“Brother will betray brother to death, and a Father His children; children will rebel against their Father and have him put to oblivion.”
The end of the First Age was meant to mark the triumph of the Host of the West and the final defeat of the Great Enemy. However, tilt the knife’s edge a fraction, shift a single piece on the celestial board, and the world may be remade. Still, Vairë’s weaving allows no alternative, and no other outcome could ever come to pass.
In which, Eärendil, the Star of Hope, falls and the consequences are terrible.

Summary
Their love was as old as the First Song, woven into the music meant only for the purest of creations. But when the darkness crept into the melody, sorrow and grief were stitched into their thread, and their love, though radiant for a time, was destined to end in ruin. Love turned into obsession, honesty into deception, and purity into ruin. Love in the hands of the purest beings can blossom, but in the hands of shadow it can be a chain one can never truly escape.

“I suppose Curufin isn’t technically inaccurate,” he said, and his voice was deep, crisply-accented, and amused.
“Fëanor,” Elrond breathed.

Summary
“The Maedhros who stands before his son is not one thing but many. He is a struck-down statue. He is a fading demon. He is a sword in a nuclear war. He is historical debris. He is the sum of a nation’s ruin. He is the first sunset of the Empire’s apocalypse. He is Elrond’s beloved Baba, who would find him under every starless sky. Archives will dissect him. Historians will redeem him. Writers will swallow him whole.”
In 1937, notorious Indian revolutionaries Maedhros Fëanorian and his brother Maglor, take in a British colonial officer's twin sons and raise them to adulthood. Decades later, Elrond Peredhel, trying to leave a family tragedy behind in England, returns to India during a time of political turbulence and finds that everything, from the national landscape to his firebrand father, the ineffable Comrade Maedhros, has changed. Summary
"Lullabies do not make kinslayers. This he knows. And yet, it never stops the worry from curdling in his chest, the only constant of all the cradles he has sung beside. For the tune endures after all, and nothing empty can truly endure: every vacant hroä holds a fragment of the fëa that once forsook it. Can a song be washed of meaning? Is tenderness immune to ideology? Groping about blindly in the dark of their dreams, Elrond had always worried that he was not watering the crops for his children to harvest, but salting the earth before the seeds could be planted."
___________________________
At a parade celebrating the the founding of Imladris, Elrond spots an unforgettable face in the crowd, a face he’s not seen for millennia. To his delight and apprehension, it is indeed Maglor Fëanorian, who brings with him two things. First, a suspiciously tame monkey he insists isn’t a metaphor. Second, the groundshaking admission that Elwing and Eärendil’s sons were not named Elrond and Elros.Or, a love letter to Maglor, Elwing, and Elrond.
