Logically, there was a before. He understands that. There was a person he had been, before Gwi-ma. He remembers bits and pieces of him, like little wisps of smoke. Unhappy things, like frantic, screaming voices, and echoes of a nameless pain. The things Gwi-ma allowed him to remember, the shame that kept him obedient and useful in the endless agony of the Underworld.
A shell. A shadow of a boy he didn’t remember. He’d accepted that he’d never be anything else. That he’d never deserve to be anything else.
He’d never, ever, imagined there would be an after. Never let himself hold on to such a reckless, foolish hope.
But here he was, waking in the after.

“He’s strung up.” Mystery explained, his chest heaving as he sucked in breaths. “He’s in a bad state. I think… I think he made a deal.”
A shark intake of breath sounded from behind them and Abby knew that Romance was just as concerned at those words as he was. If Baby had made another deal with Gwi Ma… that would not have boded well for the youngest at all.
He swallowed down his fear, his grip tightening on Mystery for a moment before he locked eyes with him. “Let’s bring him home.”

Summary
HUNTR/X has finally sealed the Honmoon, creating the Rainbow Honmoon, and celebrating their success. Meanwhile, Romance and Baby, battered and bloodied, escape from Namsan Tower, believing themselves to be the only two Saja Boys remaining. Officially sealed off from the demon realm, escaped to the Saja Boys' apartment, injured and unsure what to do.
The hunters eventually find the demons, and instead of ending them for good, they decide to help the demons. As they spent more time in the human world, their demon powers seemed to start to shift and change into something unique to their individual selves.
What will happen when their powers grow and they don't know how to control them? How will their relationships with the hunters grow over time? Will they be able to find and save the remaining Saja Boys?
