Geralt immediately insists on pretending that Jaskier is his master, to make sure the bard is protected. If he likes wearing Jaskier's collar a little too much, well, that's his own business. There's no need to bother Jaskier about it.

Geralt wants to say something, warn Jaskier that he might not be able to do this, but before he can say anything Jaskier hums, running his hand up and down his abs. “Oh, just beautiful. I do love how you’re so flexible, my dear witcher. It’s one of my favourite things about your body. I do so enjoy when my partners are athletic. Much more fun that way.”
Ordinarily, those words would have Geralt preening, happy to have pleased his Dom simply by existing, but with the ache in his chest they echo unpleasantly in his head. Is his body the only likeable thing about him? After all, not many people over the decades have been attracted to his personality. Would Jaskier be angry with him if he knew his body wasn’t quite what it appeared to be?
Geralt ignores the voice in the back of his mind urging to speak up, and pushes aside the discomfort building in his side. He’s fought through (literally fought through) worse pain before; he can handle it.
Alternatively: an offhand comment from Jaskier has unintended consequences
