"the sun's so bright today," yoongi remembers hearing hoseok say one day, one hand shielding his face from the light, the other still gripping the curtains he'd just pushed back. the light is bleeding through the cracks on hoseok's fingers, sending rays of it cutting straight down his face and making his eyes look transparent and amber.
"you're a lot brighter," yoongi hears himself say, and hoseok is rolling his eyes, smiling softly, making yoongi's chest constrict with the amount of affection he has that's overflowing for this man.
